CODE OF ETHICS

We adopt 'The Four-Way Test'.

Exponent Consulting Limited believes that it is essential to follow a code of ethics in doing business. The founders have been inspired by a time-tested moral code written by a Rotarian businessman Herbert J. Taylor in the 1930s, and it has been followed widely by Rotary club members worldwide for their personal and professional relationships. The moral code is called "The Four-Way Test":

2. Is it FAIR to all concerned?

3. Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?

4. Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?
