Good Managers Study Brains

During 1990s, Ned Herrmann, the creator of HBDI and Whole Brain Thinking, said that some people cannot tell the relationship between the brain and management. In fact, the brain matters everything that we do - including management of an organisation, of course. By studying how the brain works, how other people's brains work and their thinking styles are, managers have a better grasp of their team members and hence their behaving in different situations. Rookie managers only look at KPI, better managers study people's brains (thinking styles).
